Product Introduction

1. Our vacuum centrifugal concentrators are able to quickly and safely evaporate water and organic solvent in samples. 

2. The processed samples can be conveniently used for various qualitative and quantitative analyses in areas such as chemicals, biochemicals, biological analysis, immune screening, food safety, residue analysis, etc. 

3. These devices are suitable for concentration of immunoglobulins, concentration of drug metabolites, solid phase extraction (SPE), pre- and post-processing of liquid chromatography, ADMET/toxicology, polymer chemistry, DNA/RNA purification and concentration, oligomerization,forensics/drug of abuse testing, and general lab concentration.

1. With single-chip microcomputers, self-developed control boards and high-torque DC brushless motors, these concentrators can run stably with lower noise, allowing for a comfortable laboratory environment.

2. Vacuum sample heating (optional).

3. TFT-LCD true color display screen, dual operation modes of touch screen and physical keys, and special keys for centrifugal force display, displaying the set Rotor in Kinds and operating Rotor in Kinds at the same time.

4. Overheating warning.

5. Uniform heating for fast heating and high accuracy of temperature control, able to heat the chamber to 60℃.

6. Centrifugal chambers made of alloy aluminum that has undergone an anodic electrophoresis surface treatment and is resistant to most chemical reagents and solvents.

7. Maintenance-free non-contact drive rotation system.

8. Polymethyl methacrylate transparent cover for easy monitoring of the concentration process.

9. Intelligent microprocessor control and simple and easy-to-use interface.

10. Concentration time: 1 min - 99 h 59 min, work with cold traps.

11. Separable design for flexible and convenient assembly and matching.

12. Low-temperature concentration, preventing samples from losing degeneration, decreasing activity, and oxidizing; high throughput for processing dozens of samples simultaneously without cross-contamination, foaming or loss of samples; safe and simple cold trap solvent recovery.
